Each cup of our coffee is made out of non-commercial beans. It means that our green beans come from various small farmers and we select what we buy to roast.

By getting our beans from small farmers we get to know the real people who dedicated their time nurturing their coffee trees so it will grow excellent cherries which will produce excellent coffee beans, and ultimately end up as an excellent cup of coffee.
